I know it's just MMO, not regular school, but it is still the start of a new routine and a sneak preview of what it will be like to interact with teachers and classmates for many years to come.
He did amazing!!! No tears before, during, or after. Walked into the classroom quite confidently and quickly began playing with toys, climbing on the little clubhouse fort slide, and interacting with the other kids. Maybe he was in shock from all the new surroundings and people and will have a meltdown on Day 2 when we go tomorrow. Or, maybe he is just growing up and getting better at Good-byes! Either way, I'm thankful for a smooth first day and ready to see what's in store for the rest of the year!
