We went with John and Rhian to see the Billy Joel/Elton John concert last week. Wow! It was neat to see two long-time famous artists sing and play their hearts out, as well as to see how much respect they each have for one another as fellow musicians. Both are extremely talented, but I must say I enjoyed Billy Joel's songs the best. They're just so fun to sing along to! Tim, of course, was glued from the minute the lights went up. When you're a piano player and a singer yourself, and you get to see your two favorite musicians in concert together...it's pretty awesome! It was fun sharing the experience with him.
